Exam Pattern

MathsOne Olympiad Exam will be conducted in 2 different stages.

  • First Stage of Olympiad: The qualifying exam will be conducted on 12-10-2019.
  • Second Stage of Olympiad: The main exam will be conducted on 11-1-2020.

Mode of the Examinations:

  • The OMR test consists of multiple choice questions.
  • Duration: 1 hour

Question Pattern

Questions for the exams will be based on higher order reasoning skills, logical thinking, analytical thinking, mathematical reasoning and everyday life math problems.

  • Section –1: Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
  • Section–2: Mathematical Reasoning
  • Section–3: Everyday Mathematics (Syllabus as per Section – 2).
  • Section–4: Higher Order Thinking Questions (Syllabus as per Section – 2).
  • Questions of stage-I Olympiad exams will be 60% from the current class syllabus and 40% from the previous class syllabus.
  • Questions of stage-II Olympiad exams will be from current class syllabus only.
  • Questions in ACHIEVERS SECTION will be from current class syllabus only.
